    About Me

    Natalie Collins-Allen is a graduate student at the University of Central Florida, currently enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design program. With over four years of experience in Learning and Development, she has honed her skills in creating engaging and effective learning materials for diverse audiences. As an instructional designer at Stride, Inc., Natalie has developed thirteen professional development courses and over five hundred learning materials that support change management and program adoption across seventy-seven schools nationwide.
     

    As a creative professional, Natalie specializes in audio and visual production, accessibility, and instructional design. She leverages technology and monday.com to enhance learning and productivity through innovative workflows and automations. Her work focuses on implementing solutions that make learning accessible and effective for everyone.
